Ed Gould Golden

The record of the National Fruit Collection, at Brogdale in Kent, describes it1:

A large russet free clone of Golden Delicious. It was received by the National Fruit Trials in 1971 from Italy. Fruits are sweet, crisp and juicy with a good aromatic flavour.
